UBC Health Scholars
The UBC Health Scholars program engages interdisciplinary health researchers involved in projects that support, challenge, and improve health producing systems. Individuals participating in the Health After 2020 program are given the title of UBC Health Scholar and are invited to engage with a network of scholars to share their ideas and inform a broader research agenda for innovative interdisciplinary activities that have the potential to create change in health and health producing systems.
Several times a year, UBC Health will convene scholars, providing the cognitive space to share and develop ideas. Through the UBC Health Scholars program, we aim to build a sense of connectedness that will contribute to an ongoing interdisciplinary research community of scholarship and mentorship as well as stimulate and advance new health research collaborations.
