On behalf of UBC Health, we are pleased to present a summary report of the 21 Strategic Summits held on the Vancouver and Okanagan campuses between late 2018 and early 2019.  Special thanks to Dr. Sandra Jarvis-Salinger, as Acting Associate Provost Health (July 2018-February 2019), and Victoria Wood, Curriculum Manager, UBC Health, who together conducted the Summits and drafted this report.

This report is presented in the form of a “UBC Health Newspaper” with a series of articles, one for each major theme coded across all the Summits. Please feel free to widely distribute this message and the attached report across your unit to summit attendees and/or other interested faculty/staff/students.

On behalf of UBC Health, we thank everyone who participated in these Summits and who contributed their perspectives and valuable insights. This report will be used to inform the ongoing transition of UBC Health within the VP Health portfolio, and provide a basis for continuing and inclusive consultations as part of UBC Health’s strategic planning process.
